ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT


The widely felt need for top class management professionals in the corporate world, led to the inception of the Department of Management Studies at St.Joseph's College of Engineering in the year 1995. The department was started with a view to impart high quality management education for the budding leaders of India.

The main objective of the MBA program is to develop ethical leaders, with strong integrative leadership qualities, who can think analytically and contribute to team's success.


The MBA program is an autonomous program with an annual intake of 120. The MBA program is a four semester regular program spread over two academic years and is accredited by the NBA. The department offers dual specialization in any two of the following electives: Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Systems and Business Analytics.
