         5     Dr.  S.  Suresh,  Associate  Professor  in  the  Department  of  Science,
               received  a  Certificate  of  Reviewing  from  the  journal  Current  Organic

               Chemistry in recognition of his valuable contribution as a peer reviewer

               in July 2025.



         6     Dr.  R.  Sivaranjanee  and  Dr.  S.  Sujatha,  Assistant  Professors  in  the
               Department  of  Chemical  Engineering  at  St.  Joseph’s  College  of

               Engineering,  successfully  participated  in  the  AICTE  Training  and
               Learning  (ATAL)  Faculty  Development  Program  on  Environmental

               Impact Assessment for Attaining Sustainable Development Goals. The

               FDP  was  organized  by  DRS.  KAKUNTHALA  ENGINEERING  COLLEGE  in

               collaboration  with  VEL  TECH  HIGH  TECH  DR.  RANGARAJAN  DR.

               SAKUNTHALA ENGINEERING COLLEGE and conducted from July 1st to

               July 5th, 2025.



         7     Dr.  K.  Nanditha,  Assistant  Professor,  Department  of  Mathematics  &
               English,  has  recently  published  a  patent  titled  “MACHINE  LEARNING-
               ENABLED  IOT  DEVICE  FOR  EARLY  DETECTION  OF  PLANT  LEAF

               DISEASES USING IMAGE PROCESSING”



         8     Dr.  A.  Kubendiran,  Assistant  Professor,  Department  of  Mathematics,
               English  &  Tamil,  has  recently  published  a  patent  titled  “MACHINE

               LEARNING-BASED INTRUSION PREVENTION AND DETECTION SYSTEM

               FOR SECURING WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKS ”



         9     Dr.  S.  Pavimalar,  Assistant  Professor  of  Department  of  Mathematics,
               English & Tamil at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, was appreciated

               by DAV SMK Fomra College for judging the Veerapandiya Kattabomman

               painting and Tamil oratorical competitions. Her insightful presence and
               passion for Tamil enriched the event and inspired participating school

               students and attendees alike.
