PLACEMENT TRAINING
The Department of Computer Science & Engineering organizes a rigorous training session led by A. Amudha
Adhirai from TERV, tailored for second-year CSE students. With a diverse cohort of 40 participants, including 17
from the HOPE (House of Programming expertise) program aimed at fostering talent from underrepresented
backgrounds, and 23 from the general student body, the session epitomizes inclusivity and collaboration.
Focused on mastering Data Structures in Java, the curriculum encompasses vital concepts such as arrays, linked
lists, stacks, queues, trees, and graphs. Through a blend of theoretical discourse and practical exercises,
attendees are equipped with both conceptual understanding and hands-on problem-solving skills crucial for
academic and professional success.
The training session is designed to accommodate various learning styles, offering ample opportunities for
interaction, peer-to-peer collaboration, and personalized guidance from the experienced facilitator, A. Amudha
Adhirai. By fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment, the initiative aims to empower
participants to excel in their academic pursuits and thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of computer science.
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of
Data Structures in Java, including arrays, linked lists,
