STAFF ACHIEVEMENTS
1 Mr. S. Kaleel Mohamed Ibrahim, Assistant Professor in the
Department of Science, participated and presented a paper titled
“FTIR and 2D-COS Analysis of Protein and Silver Oxide
Nanopriming” at the 8th International Conference on Recent
Innovations in Modern Science and Technology (ICRIMST-2025),
held at Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering,
Chennai, from 9th to 11th July 2025.
1 Dr. N. R. Rajagopalan, Associate Professor in the Department of
Science, delivered an invited talk on "Social Issues and the
Environment: A Sustainable Approach" at the International
Conference on Recent Trends in Engineering and Management
(RTEM-2025), organized by Newrains, held from June 28-30, 2025.
1 Dr. N. R. Rajagopalan received a Certificate of Reviewing from the
journal Physics and Chemistry of the Earth, Parts A/B/C in
recognition of his valuable contribution through a peer review
completed in July 2025.
1 Dr. V. Renuka, Professor in the Department of Chemical
Engineering at St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, successfully
completed a six-day Faculty Development Programme titled
“Next-Gen Research Skills: AI Tools and Hands-On Practice”. The
FDP was organized by the Department of Chemical Engineering, Sri
Sivasubramaniya Nadar (SSN) College of Engineering, Kalavakkam,
Tamil Nadu, and conducted from June 30 to July 5, 2025. The
program aimed to enhance faculty competence in leveraging
emerging AI tools for research and development through hands-on
sessions and expert-led training.
1 Dr.M.Chamundeeswari from Department of Biotechnology
has published a Patent entitled ”An eco smart, cost
effective and non-invasive saliva based diagnostic system
for helicobacter pylori - an early detection screening
strategy” published on 06/06/2025.
