ECE Department staff members Dr. D. Lakshmi and
Mr. G. D. Vignesh visited EDII-TN, a notable
Government body promoting entrepreneurship in
Tamil Nadu. The visit aimed at engaging in
meaningful discussions with Mr. Ambalavanan
Ramaswamy IAAS, Director of EDII-TN. The focus of
the discussion was to strengthen collaboration
through an MoU between EDII-TN and our
Institution.

Dr. D. Lakshmi , Faculty of ECE Department visited INTELSAT (Now Part of
SES) , Chennai which is a leading global satellite communications provider
headquartered in McLean, Virginia . Operating a fleet of over 50

geostationary satellites, it delivers broadband, media, mobility, and
government connectivity worldwide, while pioneering next-generation
solutions like high-throughput satellites, 5G spectrum integration, and multi-
orbit partnerships. During the visit, she engaged in discussion with
Mr. Jose Andrew – Advisor, HRBP, Mr. Prakasha Naik – GCO Team Manager,

Mr. Janakiraman – NOC Team Manager .
