The Department of Management Studies, St. Joseph's College of
Engineering, was privileged to host Mr. S. Sribalaji, our distinguished
alumnus and Deputy Manager at Naukri.com, for an insightful alumni talk
on "Strategic Steps to Crack Placements" held on 04th July 2025.
Drawing from his vast experience in the recruitment and placement
ecosystem, Mr. Sribalaji shared a comprehensive roadmap for students to
prepare effectively for campus placements and corporate hiring
processes. He emphasized the importance of aligning academic knowledge
with industry expectations, building strong resumes, and mastering
aptitude, group discussions, and personal interviews. The session
highlighted real-time recruitment trends, employer expectations, and
