13 Dr. N. Venkatesh, Professor and Head, Department of Chemical
Engineering, St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, successfully
participated and completed the AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL)
Faculty Development Program on “Sustainable Hydrogen Energy:
Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship” organized by the
SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 22nd
to 27th September 2025.
Dr. Sivarajanee R, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemical

Engineering, St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, actively participated and
presented a paper at the 21st Annual Session of Students’ Chemical
Engineering Congress (SCHEMCON 2025) organized by the IIChE–VIT
Student Chapter, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, on 3rd and 4th
October 2025.
15 Ms. Reeba Rose L., Assistant Professor, Department of CSE, published the
paper entitled Multimodal Emotion Recognition with Explainable AI for
Cognitive Human-Computer Interaction in Smart Environments" IEEE,
August 2025 which has been presented in the 2025 5th International
Conference on Soft Computing for Security Application (ICSCSA-2025).
16 Dr. B. Uma Maheswari Professor Department of CSE published a paper
entitled " Securing healthcare data in mobile edge computing: a hybrid deep
learning framework for privacy and anomaly detection", Knowledge and
Information Systems, 2025.
17 Dr. B. Uma Maheswari Professor Department of CSE has successfully
participated & completed AICTE Training And Learning (ATAL) Academy
Faculty Development Program on IPR and Technology Commercialization at
PRINCE SHRI VENKATESHWARA PADMAVATHY ENGINERING COLLEGE from
