Dr. Menaga, Dr. Karuppiah, and Dr. Balamurgan have successfully completed the

Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on "Modern Teaching Methods,

Cultivation of Research Excellence and Business Insights (MTMCREBI-2024)"
from September 23, 2024, to September 28, 2024. The event was organized by

the Department of Commerce, St. Peter’s Institute of Higher Education and

Research, Avadi, Chennai. This program aimed to enhance skills in modern

teaching approaches and foster research excellence, providing valuable insights

into business practices.
